It is our sincere pleasure to welcome you to the 3^rd Central Asian Plastic Surgery Conference (CAPSC) to be held in Tashkent from the 3^th to 5^th of May 2012.

The CAPSC is under- going a renaissance, with an infusion of energy and excitement from all areas of our specialty. 2008 year was the first time that the program was expanded to include a dedicated section on clinical outcomes, and this change was greeted with a record attendance at the 1^st Central Asian Plastic Surgery Conference. The expanded program continues, providing a forum for all the best research in plastic surgery across the full breadth of topics.

CAPSC is young meeting in Central Asian region. And all possible improvements in Plastic Surgery in this region will depend on your contributions. Moreover, many other Uzbek subspecialty societies as ENT, general and pediatric surgery, orthopedic surgery and others will contribute to the scientific program. As a consequence, this Conference will provide top-level education and state of the art information, particularly aimed for pediatric plastic surgery.

Tashkent is the ideal location for this Conference, a beautiful city with many tourists’ attractions and perfect conference facilities. We hope to show you the legendary Uzbek hospitality you hear so much about. You will have chance to visit old cities Samarqand, Bukhara and Khiva. Each has a history more than 2000 years. Also 2009 years dedicated to 2200 years Tashkent.

The social program with various cultural and artistic events, in combination with the excellent scientific program will offer you and your partner all possibilities to further and renew friendships, strengthen scientific collaboration and enjoy the splendid beauty of Uzbekistan.
